The Q is the non-profit EqualityMaine's eighth annual conference at the University of Maine in Orono. EqualityMaine works toward equity and community building for the LGBTQIA+ community.
In the morning of the conference at 9 am, I will be facilitating a LGBTQ+ Youth Leadership & Art workshop. My presentation will include a video of spoken word, a prompt for writing/drawing, and reflecting on how to use the creations made from the prompt as a tool in our different communities.
I'll be in the Totman Room (Room 233) in the Memorial Union building on campus.
