Each month, I'll be working with a different Maine based artist, or group of artists, on a weekly poetry workshop each month for the first half of 2022. The workshops are about poetry across different topics, and for June, Sam and I will focus on gender and trans poetics.
We'll engage where the construct of gender comes from, how gender intersects with our bodies, and the importance of engaging with poets of marginalized genders.
